Kix Coach

Ok, so I had a great talk with Kimberly about social anxiety and what other people MAY be thinking or saying. About family and judgements and unconditional love. About being perfect - not in a conceited kind of way, but because thinking anything else would be an insult to God. I told her about the Life Wheel and that I would share that with her. She can help and coach me for the swim and I will reciprocate with some Life in Balance work to help her:-)

Balance. Quiet time when I just hang. and Manic Idea time when I am all lit up with excited plans. The Monday.com tool has me organized and aware of all the areas that I need to pay attention to. As I bring back out the Labyrinth Book and the Areas of Life Management tools that work together so well - I think there will be even more opportunities to find new ways to find balance as I reach for highest potential - visualizing the future I want and not living in the past. Not letting those memories crowd out my ideal. This is a work in progress, but there are some definite thoughts I do not want to carry into my future with me.

Accountability!

Heeeey! I am back on track with Margie, my Accountability Partner. I also told Donna that I want her on my Dream Team. I was coaching Shena on her Coaching business and it reminded me how good the tools are that I have developed over the years as I learned from other coaches. I just looked at the Mind Mapping concept and created some of my own - I think this will be a good tool for me and to add into my client services - both professionally and personally! I will also ask MaryJane and some of my other clients to help me as I help them!!

New place & space; Mentally and Physically!

I have settled into a new place & space mentally and physically for sure. I  LOVE my new office, and feel blessed that I had been able to spread out in the big house for the year of transition. Now I have a beautiful working space; still loving my Fort Celia (with a new bed) and a happy Gracie! I have adopted intermittent fasting so my physical body is healthy and happy and always evolving toward more flexibility, strength and endurance. Between my hikes, and paddling and stretching I plan to add more weights and yoga. I am adding art with friends, and a social walking club. I feel more in balance than ever! I will do another life wheel and know there are areas to work on, but overall I am doing really well. HOTM is helping me see other areas of shifting old patterns and habits, and I am loving the renewed focus on meditation and using chanting to stop the monkey mind. Podcasts are a new thing for me - there are so many smart people out there and I love listening to them!

Reinventing myself...Evolving!

Weeelllllll, In a nutshell...

I let my boyfriend go in October, broke up with several staff members in November, and got betrayed by several Board members in December...Lost my SJCF position in January and lost my job in February. Found renewed passion, income streams and my voice in March, April and May...And I look forward to closing out this 2nd quarter of 2020 with a clear plan of action of working smart and making time for healthy play - physically, mentally, socially, creatively and more.

Peak Potential.Pro is now PeakPotential.Life...again, a program I am looking a creating that them can create passive income for me. Scaling up and adding links to all sorts of people and blogs...AND seeing how I can gain commissions on sending people to people. Being the KNOWLEDGE BROKER! I will most certainly be doing a new Life Wheel and am excited! Stay tuned!

2020 Outcome - Purpose Worksheet

All the areas of my life are working out for me. I love how I am manifesting all that I have identified via purposeful focus and through contrast. I can appreciate all that I receive and am more conscious about all that I give and where I am resistant. Life is good. My world is full of love. It is my job simply to go out and have fun in it!

Physical Health & Well-BeingI am literally in the best physical health ever here in my 57th year. I am an intermittent faster for several months now and it helped me keep my new base of 139 since my last weigh in in October. That means reintroducing alcohol and holiday eating did not wreak havoc on my weight. My one year with no booze provided great insight as to my binge mentality and how to do that in a healthy way! I will be focusing on new exercise and weight training tools (now that I have netflix in the fort), and I will continue to do my walks out in nature (new boots and Camino training!). I will continue to treat myself to full body massages with Beverly. I deserve it! This sacred vessel (my body) deserves the care it needs to house my soul and source so I can continuously improve the care I give to others and the world. ....because maintaining the peak potential of my physical body is vital to being able to indulge in the physical pleasures of living and playing while living out my soulful purpose in sound mind and body.

Quiet Time/Mental Health/Spiritual Connection: I am blessed with a home space that offers secluded privacy and peaceful silence...both in Fort Celia and at Casa Brisa Colina. I’d introduced the HOTM meditations at work, and will continue to keep that option open to people. I will recommit to doing the daily meditations, whether at home or work, and whether at streaming time or another time during the day. I have joined a new HOTM support group and will continue to take advantage of their sweet offerings; I will trust that they want to be there for me, and I will be conscious about being there for them. Part of the new focus of this group is outreach - I am recommitted to expanding and connecting with others new and old. I consistently prove to myself that following a time-tested morning routine works in setting myself up for a successfully productive day, and I have sweet reminders in the forms of new alters and triggers to connect to me, source, love….because bringing a calm, clear, open mind and heart is vital to me tuning and tapping into all the love that surrounds me and expanding it for the good of all!

Finances: I have a higher income that ever in all my years of working, and fewer bills than in any point of my post-school-life - thanks to SJCF and CBC. I have access to fun and friends that are fulfilling without high costs, which also gives me the ability to splurge on “extras” and big trips as I desire. I have my name on a house that is my safety net, and an inheritance that will ensure that I have a good semblance of security as I age. I will write out current budget and prepare for a post SJCF-ED budget as I redesign my work life around transitioning into flexible retirement…. Because  I understand that abundance includes financial security as well as the feelings of fulfillment and satisfaction in all areas of my life.

Dreams-Desires Want To’s - Wish List (or Service to Others if that feels important to you 2020: It is my desire to travel and connect with many old and new friends, and to find new ways to experience fun, adventure and love. Wow, I just read my outline from 3 years ago, and I am still on track for the 3-fold plan of island living, stateside connections and travel. The only new element is to connect with a man who can become my best/first/play-mate. Since I am on such a good grid now, I know he is right around the corner!...because I know I can have and do anything I want as long as I identify it, focus on it and enjoy the process of manifesting it, and am open to spontaneous attraction and connections along the way!

Friends - Social Life: I am expanding my circle of connection and love with an open heart and by putting myself out there. I wish the best to those who I am not on the same grid with, and let them go  to make room for those I am more in-sync with. I look forward to connecting with the community in new and old ways, so the people within those groups that align with my higher good are attracted to me and my OPAs….because I truly believe in the goodness of people, and if I am at MY best, I will attract what is best for me.

Family Relationships: I love and appreciate the uniqueness of my family members. I have become much better at allowing them to be as they are without expectations and therefore without disappointment. I am grateful that my brother has his family and friends, and that my mom and sister have each other; I feel all is taken care of in their worlds in ways that serve them. I know they love me and appreciate my uniqueness. I am grateful that they do not impose their expectations on me. I am keeping the statements from 2017 because they are as valid now as they were then. My family relationships are stronger than ever and I know it is because I have dropped expectations, conditions and old stories and resentments. Yay! I honor what every person brings into my life. I know any contrast I feel is an opportunity for expansion and unconditional loving. I know I was born into the perfect family to learn and love in this life and am making the most of it!

Home Life- Personal Physical Space: I love my space...in Fort Celia, CBC, SJCF, in my body, in the woods, everywhere. It is unconditional and I can carry that peaceful contentment into whatever space I occupy!...because I know my personal physical space is as good as the energy I bring to it and the care I show for it.

Work/Career /Skill Development/Continuous Learning/School: My work is not about who writes the paycheck, and who I share an office with, it is about the Outcome-Purpose-Actions I take everyday as I enjoy life and share love. This OPA way of operating enables continuous learning both personally and professionally. I have been able to let go of the conditions of “running the show” and managing other people’s actions lately which gives me a more clear focus on how (and with who) I want to operate. I still love service work, still plan to expand on elements of the Labyrinth Project, and will be doing the Portugal Camino this year! I joined the St. John Singers and shared a personal poem about turtles online! I am constantly utilizing my God given talents, creativity and ability to learn new skills that enable me to enjoy life personally and professionally and share that joy with others.

Peaceful flow through change into new Peak Potential Pro roles and goals

Image result for flow with changeI was listening to Wayne Dyer and he was talking about several principles for peace and success in life:

1. There are no justified resentments: Get to a place where there is nothing you can send to other people other than love, because that is what is inside you.

2. Don't die with the music in you: We all show up with a purpose. Listen and march. When Wayne speaks and writes about what he knows to be his truths, he knows he is on purpose. I know my music is playing.

- That is how I feel when I am talking to people about my desire to serve the elderly, or support other non-profits, or tieing in STT and STX in collaborating on common projects. Feel that Seal! I know my music is playing

Don't let the Devil steal your joy. Yes, I got that line from Mom, but so I won't throw the message out if the messenger tries to stop me from the joy of loving unconditionally (ie: Bobby)

3. Embrace the silence: Meditate. Get quiet. There is only one power in the Universe and it does not matter what you call it. Soul. Spirit. Consciousness. God. You can call it Louise. You can call it anything you want. But as Alan Watts said, "You can't get wet from the word water." It is not what we call something that gives it its substance. And this one force that flows through everything and allows it all to be is indivisible, it is one.  Everything else seems divisible. Male/Female. Young/Old. Up/Down. Tall/short. Good/Bad. Right/Wrong.

3. Embracing Silence...

There are more and I will dive into them as I set up my 2020 Vision Plan. For now, suffice it to say that change is upon me and I can embrace it because resistance is futile!
